Do you have at least 3 months experience at Picnic? Are you driven by the ambition to elevate your career at Picnic? We’re looking for Junior Captains to join our team in our automated Fulfilment Centre, FCA! ! In this role you will have a focus specifically on the picking value stream.
As a junior value stream Captain, you will actively contribute to the process by performing Shopper tasks, and at the same time have the opportunity to play an important role in our operation. You are helping to ensure seamless operations by leading by example offering guidance, and providing motivation daily to cultivate a positive work atmosphere in FCA. 🚀What will you do as a Junior Captain?
The opportunity to be a Junior Captain will allow you to embrace a new challenge at Picnic by adding some additional responsibilities to your current day-to-day activities. While you will mostly be performing regular Shopper tasks, you will have some extra responsibilities including training new team members, addressing questions, ensuring that the area is safe and clean, as well as leading a short stand-up for a small group.
In order to become a true specialist, you will be working in one process area (picking) for a longer period. You will work together with the picking shift lead to help ensure our processes run smoothly. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge about the processes that take place everyday in our FC and to display your drive to advance at Picnic!

At least 3 months of experience at Picnic

Available for a minimum of 32 hours
Fixed weekly schedule
Available on at least one weekend day per week
Fluency in English
🌟 What does Picnic offer you?
A gross starting salary that falls in the range of 15,26/h (excluding, 8% holiday pay) 16,48/h (including, 8% holiday pay)

25 vacation days per year, based on 40hr (or fulltime contract)
We will start saving for your retirement
Travel allowance from €0.21 per km if you live further than 10 km from the FC
