Do you have the ambition to become a Team Captain? We’re looking for Team Captains for the afternoon shift in DC1! As a Team Captain, you coach, motivate and lead a team of Shoppers. Besides this, you will make sure the process runs smoothly! Are you up for a new challenge in a new FC, this is your chance!
🚀 What will you do as a Team Captain?
A Team Captain is responsible for leading a team of Shoppers and ensuring a healthy working atmosphere where people are working together towards the same goal. You will be involved in the onboarding and development of our new Shoppers. Also, you're responsible for the wellbeing of your team. When something appears to become a problem, you know how to fix it in no time! Together with the other Team Captains and the Supervisor, you ensure that the goals of the day are achieved.
You’re supporting a group of Shoppers with their personal development, taking the time to listen to them and providing help where needed. As you’ll be the one who knows your team the best, you’ll be responsible for their reviews, providing feedback about various aspects of their performance. As a Team Captain, you’ll create a real team spirit and make working at Picnic feel like a party!

Strong ability to ensure a healthy working atmosphere.
Available for 32 to 38 hours per week and flexible in working hours.
Available for at least 4 out of 8 weekend days (per 4-week period)
Fluency in English (and preferably also in Dutch)
